On April 15, Partner Justin Zaremby will speak at an event hosted by the Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York. The program titled, "The Life and Afterlife of Major Gifts," will explore key trends in charitable giving, including donor recognition, reporting, oversight, and challenging reputational issues.  Mr. Zaremby will also discuss legal challenges to gifts that are not complete as of the donor's death and drafting methods to protect a charity's ability to receive payment in full.
