Thomas Kurland will be speaking at the American Conference Institute's 27th annual conference on Drug & Medical Device Litigation taking place on December 6-7 at the NY Marriott Marquis in New York. Mr. Kurland will participate in a breakout session entitled “Addressing The Latest and Greatest in Plaintiffs’ Bar Attacks on OTC Drugs and Consumer Health Products” on December 6 at 4:30 pm.

This year's conference will bring together products liability defense stakeholders from industry, private practice, and government to network, collaborate, and strategize on the current products liability landscape as well as to anticipate what is next on the horizon.
