On Wednesday, April 30, Partners Andrew D. Cohen and Lachlan Campbell-Verduyn will be speaking at the American Conference Institute's Paragraph IV Disputes Conference, the premier forum for Hatch-Waxman litigators and pharmaceutical patent practitioners.
At 11:45am, Andrew will speak on a panel titled "Section viii Carveouts and Inducement Analysis: Post Launch Considerations Following Amarin v. Hikma." Dr. Cohen will join Angie Verrecchio (Senior Counsel, Patent Litigation, Johnson & Johnson), Chad Landmon (Partner, Polsinelli), and Vishal Gupta (Partner, Steptoe LLP) to discuss the law of infringement in the context of skinny labels and related post-launch considerations.
