On January 23 and 24, Partners Susan Vignola and Justin Zaremby will be speaking at UT Law CLE's 42nd Annual Nonprofit Organizations Institute, a conference "featuring nationally recognized experts from private foundations, public charities, law, finance, and government discussing the latest tax, legislative, and governance issues affecting nonprofit organizations."

Susan Vignola will present a program titled "Understanding your Governing Documents and Organizational Policies: What They Say, What They Don't, and What They Should" on Thursday, January 23 at 10:50am. Ms. Vignola will join Darren B. Moore (Shareholder, Bourland, Wall & Wenzel, P.C.) to provide an overview of the essentials for governing documents and organizational policies and explore how emerging trends can help organizations advance their missions.

Justin Zaremby will present a program titled "The Anatomy of a Major Gift Agreement" on Friday, January 24 at 10:50am. Mr. Zaremby will join H. Sujin Kim (Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, The Metropolitan Museum of Art) to explore crucial deal terms for major gift agreements.
