Cleary will speak on a panel at the International Bar Association's Transnational Crime Conference titled "Formal and Informal Cooperation with Enforcement Authorities." They will explore the formal and informal processes a criminal defense attorney can use when engaging with enforcement authorities, from the perspective of different jurisdictions.
