On Thursday, September 18, Of Counsel Robert J. Cleary will be speaking on the Commercial Law League of America's 2025 Hon. Frank Koger Memorial Education Program, titled "Crime and Punishment: Ethical Quandaries in Insolvency Proceedings." Mr. Cleary will join Prof. Nancy B. Rapoport (Distinguished Professor, UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law) and Prof. Veronica J.
