On Thursday, April 24, Art Law Attorney Samantha Anderson will be speaking on a panel at the American Bar Association's 2025 ESI Spring and CLE Conference titled "Ethics CLE/Agents and Lawyers." Ms. Anderson will join Stephanie Furgang Adwar (Partner, Adwar Ivko), Samantha Moore (Director, Business & Legal Affairs, Artists Rights Society), and Olivier Sultan (Theater Literary Agent, CAA) to consider the ethical responsibilities of artists' agents when managing work product, IP, and sale or licensing proceeds, and discuss the role of the artists' attorney in working with agents to ensure artists' best interests.
