On November 17, Counsel Susan Vignola will lead a panel discussion at the biannual TEGE Exempt Organizations Council's Exempt Organizations Update meeting. The EO Update meeting, held in cooperation with the District of Columbia Bar, will explore the latest statutory, judicial, and regulatory developments impacting tax-exempt organizations. Ms. Vignola will lead a discussion titled "Endowments and Restricted Funds: Managing UPMIFA in Unpredictable Times." She will be joined by Carrie Trowbridge (General Counsel, New York Community Trust), Alex Buchholz (Partner, PKF O'Connor Davies), and Bernardo Cuadra (Assistant Attorney General, Commonwealth of Massachusetts).
