On March 13, Associate Tiffany Tam will present on PLI's Advising Nonprofit Organizations 2024 program. Ms. Tam will speak on a session titled "Nonprofit Law Primer." She will be joined by Anan A. Samara (Partner, PKF O'Connor Davies) in providing an overview of the fundamental federal tax law issues for advisors to nonprofits, including discussion of public charity tests, intermediate sanctions, unrelated business income tax rules, and ongoing compliance and reporting obligations of 501(c)(3) organizations.
