On Friday, April 8th, Counsel Tom Kurland will serve as a panelist at the American Bar Association's 30^th Annual Toxic Torts and Environmental Spring CLE Meeting. Mr. Kurland and co-speakers will present "Getting Along at A Cosmetic Talc Trial - Plaintiffs, Experts, Manufacturers, Distributors, And Retailers."

This program will examine the evolution of cosmetic talc cases over the past five years and explore strategies and techniques to elicit "a more efficient and streamlined talc Trial–for the benefit of all involved."
