Firm Files Amicus Brief on Behalf of the Citizens Crime Commission of New York

On September 21, the Firm filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the Citizens Crime Commission of New York City in the case of NYSRPA v. Bruen, in which the constitutionality of New York’s gun permit law has been challenged under the Second Amendment. The Firm’s brief explains why the law is constitutional and also essential for the public safety in New York and other major American cities. The case is due to be argued in November.
