Kathryn Bi practices in the firm's Litigation department and is a member of the firm's patent litigation practice. Ms. Bi helps clients resolve their toughest intellectual property and commercial cases, focusing her practice on complex technology disputes. Her technical experience spans a wide range of industries, including computer hardware, software, telecommunications, video streaming, medical devices, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and biologics.

Lachlan S. Campbell-Verduyn, Ph.D., practices in the firm's Litigation department, with significant experience in intellectual property litigation and complex commercial disputes. She represents clients in patent litigations across a variety of technologies and has extensive experience representing and advising biotech and pharmaceutical companies in disputes involving small molecules, biologics, and medical devices. She also represents plaintiffs and defendants in trademark and unfair competition disputes.

Clinton "Clint" Morrison practices in the firm’s Litigation department and has extensive trial experience in federal and state courts and arbitrations throughout the country. Mr. Morrison focuses on complex commercial litigation and litigates cases involving trade secrets and intellectual property disputes, contractual and business disputes, advertising litigation and unfair competition claims, and defending against whistleblower claims under the False Claims Act.
