Firm Secures Victory in Counterfeit Suit for Medical Device Manufacturer

On October 2, 2020, the Firm secured a victory for our client, a Multinational Healthcare Company. The suit accused a distributor and several employees of importing and selling dangerous and contaminated counterfeit versions of our client’s medical devices. A federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois preliminarily enjoined the company from buying or selling any of our client’s medical devices, whether counterfeit or authentic.
