Alexandra Mahler-Haug is an Associate in the firm's Litigation department. From 2020 to 2021, Ms. Mahler-Haug served as a law clerk to the Hon. José A. Cabranes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In addition, from 2019 to 2020, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Jeffrey A. Meyer of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Most recently, Ms. Mahler-Haug was a litigation associate at a New York-based international law firm.

In 2024, Ms. Mahler-Haug was recognized as a member of the International Refugee Assistance Project's 2024 Excellent Litigation Team.

Representation of a major medical device company in a multibillion-dollar earnout dispute concerning acquisition of a robotic-assisted surgical device company, including at a multi-week trial in Delaware Chancery Court.

Representation of Iraqi detainees in a lawsuit against a U.S. military contractor for torture and abuse at the Abu Ghraib prison under the Alien Tort Statute; obtained jury verdict in clients’ favor after multi-week trial in federal court.

Representation of multiple refugees in lawsuits to compel the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to process their long-pending family reunification petitions; clients’ families were reunited in the United States.
