Biography

Anne-Laure Alléhaut is Counsel in the Firm’s Art and Museum Law practice. Ms. Alléhaut concentrates her practice on all aspects of art law, representing her clients in transactions related to the purchase and sale of works of art (privately and at auction). Additionally, she will be drafting and negotiating a wide range of transactional agreements, financing documents and general corporate agreements.

Ms. Alléhaut previously served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Sotheby’s, Inc., where she advised management and senior executives on deal structure, strategy, and legal and reputational risk in connection with the sale of works of art.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s, Ms. Alléhaut was a corporate associate at two multinational law firms, focusing on mergers & acquisitions.
