Anne-Laure Alléhaut is Counsel in the Firm’s Art and Museum Law practice. Ms. Alléhaut concentrates her practice on all aspects of art law, working with artists, private collectors, museums, art organizations and tax exempt organizations, galleries, dealers and advisors and financial institutions. Ms. Alléhaut has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of art related agreements such as consignment agreements, private sales, commission of art and authenticity disputes.

Ms. Alléhaut previously served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Sotheby’s, Inc., where she advised management and senior executives on deal structure, strategy, and legal and reputational risk in connection with the sale of works of art. Prior to joining Sotheby’s, Ms. Alléhaut was a corporate associate at two multinational law firms, focusing on mergers & acquisitions.
