Bharath Palle is an Associate in the firm's Litigation department. Mr. Palle’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, and employment law. He has experience with various stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, dispositive motion practice, fact discovery, and expert discovery. Mr. Palle has represented financial, consumer products, healthcare organizations, law firms and educational institutions in cases involving antitrust, professional negligence, and discrimination claims. Mr. Palle holds a doctorate in legal history from Harvard Law School. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a litigator in Chennai, India.
- Representation of a financial institution in a series of antitrust lawsuits involving an alleged conspiracy by banks and networks to inflate interchange rates associated with credit and debit card transactions.

- Representation of hospital system in internal investigation of national origin and gender discrimination and financial impropriety.
- Representation of multinational pharmaceutical company in internal investigations of horizontal price fixing arrangements and improper solicitation of competitor pricing information.
