Caitlyn Wigler is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Wigler also has experience advising clients on a range of regulatory issues. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wigler served as a law clerk to the Hon. Patty Shwartz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Hon. John Vazquez of the U.S. District Court for the District of the New Jersey. She previously served as an associate at the New York office of an international law firm.
