On Wednesday, February 18 and Thursday, February 19, Partners Jane Metcalf, Jason Vitullo, and Steven Zalesin and Associate Julia MacAllister will speak at the Consumer Brands Association's 2026 CPG Legal Forum, the premier gathering for senior legal professionals in the consumer packaged goods industry.

On February 18 at 4:00pm, Ms. Metcalf, Mr. Vitullo, and Ms. MacAllister will present a program entitled "Keeping it Civil,” focused on attorneys’ ethical obligation of civility. The session will cover breakdowns in decorum, lessons learned from judges and disciplinary proceedings, and practical guidance on how to promote civility in the legal profession.

On February 19 at 1:00pm, Mr. Zalesin will present a program titled "Strength in Numbers: Structuring Joint Defense Groups and Coordinating Counsel in Class Actions, Mass Torts and Everyday Challenges." He will join David Biderman (Partner, Perkins Coie), Katherine Clements (Senior Counsel - Litigation, Tyson Foods), and Michelle Ramirez (Partner, Sidley Austin LLP) to discuss risk management, work allocation, expert witness and cost sharing, and privilege issues in multi-defendant cases.
