Joyce Nadipuram is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.  She advises leading global biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies on government investigations and high-stakes life sciences litigation.  Joyce handles internal and government-facing investigations involving the False Claims Act (FCA), Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), and other healthcare regulatory frameworks.  In addition to investigations work, Joyce manages high-stakes complex commercial and patent disputes affecting nascent technologies, core products, and pipeline assets.  She plays a central role across all phases of litigation—from pre-suit strategy and discovery through trial and appeal.  She also advises on pre-litigation patent diligence in emerging areas, including cell and gene therapies.  From 2019 to 2020, Joyce served as a law clerk to the Hon. Michael A. Shipp of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Prior to clerking, she worked as a patent litigation associate at a law firm in New York, where her clients included major biopharmaceutical companies.
