Morgan B. Berenbaum is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate department. Her transactional practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and private equity transactions. She represents clients across a broad range of industries, including media, software, e-commerce, financial services and manufacturing.

Morgan also regularly advises emerging growth companies in a variety of industries in all stages of their life cycle in areas such as entity formation, company contracts, early-stage financings, strategic transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
