• Defended leading financial technology company against claims by former employee that he had been wrongfully terminated for “whistleblowing.”
• Defended a leading medical device company in a litigation alleging infringement of several patents related to surgical implants in the District of Delaware. Obtained favorable claim constructions and discovery resulting in voluntary dismissal of some patents and summary judgment of invalidity of the remaining patents. 
• Conducted pre-litigation review and counseling regarding a multinational pharmaceutical company’s patents relating to its antipsychotic medicines.
• Secured pre-answer dismissal of claims for unjust enrichment, tortious interference with contract, and tortious interference with prospective economic advantage brought against an international law firm by its client’s adversary in connection with law firm’s representation of client in a commercial dispute.
• Representing and advising a leading medical device company in connection with investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice arising from allegations involving the federal False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Representing and advising leading debt-relief services company and affiliated law firm in relation to a federal criminal investigation, state attorney general investigations, and state agency investigations.
• Representing global law firm facing multimillion-dollar malpractice claims brought by a former client based on an indictment on federal charges of extortion and conspiracy.

• Secured a favorable settlement of an administrative due process complaint against the New York City Department of Education on behalf of a fifteen-year-old student with multiple disabilities, securing proper educational programming and placement for the 2024-25 school year.
• Representing multiple students with disabilities and their parents/guardians in federal litigation against the New York City Department of Education alleging failures to provide appropriate educational programming and services during and after remote and hybrid learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
