Shelley Attadgie is an Associate in the firm's Litigation department. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Attadgie served as a law clerk to the Hon. Louis L. Stanton in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She previously was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm.

In 2025, Ms. Attadgie received a Certificate from the New York County Lawyers Association recognizing her pro bono work.

Internal & Government Investigations

Conducted internal investigation of allegations of sexual harassment on behalf of preeminent nonprofit legal organization. 

Conducted investigations on behalf of corporations and individuals in connection with potential allegations arising under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and federal securities laws.

Represented art market participant in connection with investigations into the regulations promulgated by the Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) and federal asset forfeiture petitions.

Represented car manufacturers in connection with investigations regarding alleged state consumer protection law violations by state attorney generals.

Litigation & Arbitration

Member of a trial team that litigated bench trial on behalf of owner of private infrastructure asset against a state concerning state’s right to condemn property and attendant damages.

Representation of registered broker-dealer and placement agent in FINRA arbitration regarding breach of contract dispute.

Representation of law firm and its partners as a non-party in litigation involving a client.

Pro Bono

Represented nonprofit organization and individual law professors in federal litigation challenging constitutionality of various rules and practices of the State of New York’s Grievance Committee for the Second Department.
